On our way! “Movin’ On”, the 2nd single and video from my new album “This Life of Mine” will hit radio and youtube on Monday January 25th!

I’m also excited to announce that producer and multi-instrumentalist John MacArthur Ellis, and Nick Stecz will be flying in from Vancouver to join the band for the CD release shows! John Antoniuk and Enver Hampton will complete the lineup.

The new album “This Life of Mine” will be released on Friday February 26th in Regina at the Artful Dodger Cafe & Music Emporium and Saturday February 27th at The Bassment in Saskatoon.

Happy Holidays Everyone! The days are officially getting longer! I’m happy to say that I’m in for an exciting winter. Plans are well underway for my second single to hit radio at the end of January and for the new album “This Life of Mine” to launch at the end of February!

We had a fantastic run in Toronto once again! Thanks to the Cameron House and all the venues and people who supported us on our journeys!  I also want to give a huge shout out to FACTOR, Creative Saskatchewan, Sask Music, Rawlco and the Saskatchewan Arts Board. I am incredibly lucky to be able to afford the opportunity to fulfill and share my artistic visions. I am very excited about the new album! Thank you all for your support!

It’s been an amazing ride since the new single came out! Thanks to all of my supporters who shared, listened, bought, or watched the video for “Shoe”. Hey everybody,

I am so excited to announce that the 1st single from my new album will be released on Monday September 21st, 2015. “Shoe” will also be available as a digital single download through iTunes on Friday September 25th! I’ll be on the road this October in Western Canada and this November in Ontario/Quebec to promote the single. Check my tour dates tab for more information on the shows. We also made a video for “Shoe” and will be premiering it on Monday September 28th. Stay tuned for more details.

We had just an awesome summer tour! Thanks to Creative Saskatchewan for helping us make it happen! We are so thankful to have so many great supporters along the way! It’s finally that time again! I’m busy listening to mixes and gathering ideas for content for my next album “This Life of Mine”. We are expected to launch a single by the end of September and the full release will follow in Spring 2016. I’m really excited about this project and am blessed to be working with such an amazing team! You can scroll down and read November 2014’s post to read more about the experience.

In the meantime “jen & john” are headed West again with the new album and we are really looking forward to revisiting some of our favorite spots! On August 10th we’ll be performing in one of our favorite venues, the Tree House Café in Salt Spring Island, BC. Located alongside the ocean under a beautiful tree. This café also features one of Salt Spring’s many hidden Fairy Doors. If you can’t catch us there, we are doing a performance at the beautiful Salt spring Yoga Center on August 3rd. We are also looking forward to exploring some new territory this round. I have a feelin’ I’m gonna love Chilliwack’s TractorGrease Café!
